Right on, Temper Bay.

All Governments are essentially agreements and trust between people. Anyone who, out of "bad faith," acts contrary to the agreements he has made with other people, is essentially an anarchist.

In this Government of ours, the one that is Of the People, By the People and For the People, which part of the group has been the anarchist most of the time? Was it the people, who didn't make sure that the Government leaders were doing their job in a non-anarchistic fashion? Or was it the Government leaders who were doing their job in an anarchistic fashion?
