Stress doesn't always make one unhealthy. In fact, it is stress that makes one healthy if done right. Simple exercise is a method of stressing the body and mind that increases health.
The stress that harms a person's health usually has to do with fretting and worry. Fretting and worry have to do with a form of stress that the individual can't seem to overcome - a form of stress that is outside of the control of the individual being stressed.
