It's gone!
I did some searches, and neither yahoo or google has it cached, but I found one googleuser that had it mirrored. I copied it, and posted it on the NEW ronpaulsocialnetwork.com:

So I am guessing those who get a ballot regardless of at least major party status get to vote for whoever qualified for the primary ballot in either (any?) party? [Which makes a Party affiliated ballot nonsensical, but we will set that aside for this.]
The take home point is of the entire slate of candidates Democratic voters either picked Obama (1st place) or Ron Paul (2nd place). I would have been far more impressed had Romney and Huntsman not come in 3rd and 4th place respectively out of a slate of 22 candidates for President, 14 of which are Democrats. Still, it clearly shows cross over favors Paul over Romney.
