Residents of Sheboygan, Wisconsin will decide on Tuesday whether to replace their mayor, Bob Ryan, after a series of public drinking binges, according to the Huffington Post.

In 2009, Ryan was filmed drunkenly bragging about his sister-in-law’s oral sex skills.
