 I still have some trouble coming to terms with the concept of recriminations and boo-hooing at the expected outcome(s) of the general stupidity of most of public and government policy. Is there even a pretense to a collective intellect inthis country?

 Just exactly what was it that ever led anyone to believe that we would be in any other shape than that which we now "enjoy"?
