Link takes you to a transcript of highlights or a podcast of the entire 1-hour talk. Hayek gets mentioned a lot. I use the word "ethics" in places this author uses "morals". Like freedom and liberty, the two are distinct - not merely semantics. Author seems to advocate trust growing out of predictability based on widespread observance of a general set of rules governing behaviour - ends do not justify means - means justify. Interesting audience responses at bottom. I may listen to this again and comment.
