FBI sees rising threat from ‘sovereign citizen’ movement
• RawstoryFollowers of “sovereign citizen” ideologies reject all government authority, refusing to pay taxes, not recognizing US currency, and sometimes engaging in acts of violence, FBI officials told reporters on Monday.
“They could be lone wolves, too,” said Stuart McArthur, deputy assistant director of the FBI’s counter-terrorism division, who said it was the agency’s mission to “deter and detect” potential acts of “catastrophic violence.”

“They could be lone wolves, too.” - Lone wolves??? I think there are more then a few to say there are lone wolves out there. Everyone that owns a gun will be using that to protect themselves and their families and that counts into the tens of millions of gun owners nationwide. Those in control may think that they have all their bases covered for that end of all things as we know it, but they are forgetting that when the SHTF, people are going to come unglued and go after all of those that have taken a paycheck walking over those around them for a fist full of fiat money.
Ok, ok. There were the native Americans, the Indicans, and the green card people, the people who were immigrants and hadn't become citizens yet.
Whatever happened to the old paperwork that a non-citizen could fill out to become an American Citizen rather than a United States citizen. It's the American Citizens that are sovereign Citizens. And, of course, the State Citizens are, too.
Every non-slave and non-indentured person in America before the civil war was a sovereign citizen. What changed, and why and how?
