Communism began in DC in 1861 when Lincoln put it there ! He put the 48er's into high govt offices and in high posititions in the US Military where they have grown in numbers ever since. Lincoln did a complete coup de tat on the Founders govt and REPLACED it with his own Marxist one that we have existed under by DC Federal force ever since.
