Judge rules in favor of Muslim attacker in Pennyslvania

Based on the information contained in this article, it appears to me that the defendant was somewhat "outside his lane on the wide wide path of Liberty". Despite this the judge dismissed the charges. Perhaps the evidence supported that ruling, perhaps not. The judge states he is a Muslim, then makes conflicting remarks regarding plaintiff's rights. Troubling.
