Obama wants to solve Iranian nuke problem 'permanently'

• By JPOST.COM STAFF

US President Barack Obama intends to tell Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in their upcoming meeting that he wants to solve the Iranian nuclear problem "permanently, as opposed to temporarily."

In an interview with The Atlantic released on Friday, Obama said, "Our argument is going to be that it is important for us to see if we can solve this thing permanently, as opposed to temporarily."

"I think we in the United States instinctively sympathize with Israel." - Just who are the 'we' president O is talking about? 98% of all comments I read from other articles are telling the president to leave this problem to the Israeli's. What the Isreali's do should be left to 'their' decisions, without the US intervening. Whatever Israel does, they will also have to deal with Russia and China over 'their' decision. - I know. Wanting the US to mind its own business is just wishful thinking...
