Ted Downing  (, is the Architect of the Initiative, and is an Open Elections / Open Government Coalition member. He is a former AZ state legislator, and University of AZ Professor of Social Development.

Barry Hess

Barry Hess is a longtime advocate/activist for equal access, full transparency and verifiable integrity in Arizona's elections. He works steadfastly  to  promote  an  electoral  system that will provide all three objectives simultaneously, and against those which fail in this regard.  He has campaigned for Arizona Governor  as  a  Libertarian  and  has  been  a repeat guest on PBS Horizon.

 will someone who is attending please out the league as democrat?

they keep promoting they are non partisan, maybe to get money

lets see their registration list, or ask for the republicans in the group to raise their hand.
