• arclein
* Although a more rapid transition to natural gas from coal and some oil produces a greater overall benefit for climate change, the 40-percent of low-carbon energy benefit remains no matter how quickly the transition is made, and no matter the effect of ocean

The case for why we want global warming and greenhouse gasses.

Melt the polar ice caps.

Get the moisture into the atmosphere.

Block harmful radiation from space.

Create loads more natural hydrogen peroxide that will help to protect us all from diseases.

Warmer northern Canada and Siberia for more habitable lands.

More moisture turns the Sahara and other deserts into fertile land.

More habitable lands means higher populations.

More population means more geniuses.

More geniuses means more and better technologies.

Better technologies means that man can REALLY make it to the stars - to other planets where he can do the same thing there as he does here.

Now I'm scaring myself.
