Seismologists in Italy and beyond were horrified by the unprecedented sentence and argued that all science was being put on trial.

They gotta get the U.N. to sue all those Italian government officials who hired the  seismologists for doing such a silly thing as trust in scientists. After all, don't they have THE CHURCH, right there in Italy? The Pope should be able to give a bunch of answers that are way better than what any scientist can give, right?
