Yep. Two Fixes.
1) Shave a path down the middle. Pour in whiskey and fine sand. Watch drunk lice kill each other in rock fight. or
2) Shave a path down the middle. Light adjacent areas on fire. When lice run into clearing, hit them with a baseball bat.
In the end, why bother with soap, when you can just look like a twelve-year-old?
