The state criminal investigator who informed the FBI that Arizona
Attorney General Tom Horne may have acted illegally and unethically, as a
candidate for the office and in his duties as the state’s top
prosecutor, has filed a lawsuit against Horne and his chief aide, saying
they continue to retaliate against her and have ruined her reputation
and ability to do her job.
