District judge Ken Anderson of Williamson County, Texas is now formally

prosecutor. It is an all-too-rare case where a former prosecutor is

1 Comments in Response to Judge Investigated For Prosecutorial Misconduct That Led To 25 Years For Innocent Man
The question comes down to, what's worse, a guilty person being freed, or an innocent person being punished?
The legal system has become so extremely free about how they interpret circumstantial evidence that just about anything can be made to look like evidence in whatever way the prosecutor wants. It's about time we reduce the importance of circumstantial evidence to nothing, and base everything on real evidence or at least 2 corroborating eyewitnesses.
