Garlic Proven 100 Times More Effective Than Antibiotic

Washington State University shows that garlic is 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics at fighting disease causing bacteria commonly responsible for foodborne illness.

I think that I'm gonna go eat some garlic right now. It's really only good if it is fresh. There is a garlic chemical called allicin that is an extract of garlic. After extraction from garlic, it remains active for months if kept away from air, sealed in a capsule. Read about it at http://www.allicin.com/.
