From the article, "Sadly, you cannot be stateless in this world...yet." But we are getting close. And actually, it is here already, sort of.
Many nations, especially island nations of the Caribbean and the Pacific, allow people to form offshore corporations. These are corporations that are formed in a nation, yet are not allow to do business in that nation. They must do business elsewhere.
Is there any way to be owned by your offshore corporation without ties to any land? It would all need to be done by contract. And one would need to be very careful about the wording.
Often these corporations don't pay any taxes for 20 years.
