At the very least, he is guilty of perjuring his oath of office. More frightening, is that he intends to disarm the people of Chicago so he can as he put it "shoot all gun owners." His intention is clear - mass murder of law abiding citizens.

Unlike other recent cases of mass murder, this time, the authorities who'll have to clean up his mess won't be able to say, "we didn't see this one coming."
