Higgs Boson particle predicts end of the universe

• Terrence Aym - Helium
Many physicists searched for years for an elusive particle named the "Higgs Boson" that's been nicknamed the "God particle." During 2012 scientists at the LHC announced to the world they believed they discovered the particle. Referred to as the "Holy Grail" of particle physics, confirmation that the theoretical particle actually exists lends credence to the postulation of the "Higgs field"—a condition of the underlying structure of the universe that permits energy to become particles and have mass. But recent calculations concerning the basic property of the exotic particle has led to an amazing conclusion: our universe is an unstable bubble and the Higgs Boson is an indicator that space and time will collapse.
