1 Comments in Response to Purim Guide for the Perplexed 2013
The real point of Purim, and the reason that the Book of Esther is in the Bible, goes something like this.
King Xerxes in picturesque fashion represents God,
Haman, Satan the devil,
Esther, the church,
Mordecai, the Messiah,
the Jews, the saints belonging to the church,
the peoples of the nations, the unbelievers,
the 14th of Adar, the reign of the Christians on earth,
the 14th and 15th of Adar in Susa (the city where King Xerxes reigned), the reign of the saints after the resurrection and judgment with God in Heaven forever.
Think about it.
