Arizona ruling says police can temporarily take guns

• CBS News

A new Arizona court ruling says police can take temporary custody of a person's gun for officer-safety reasons even if the person's contact with police was voluntary.

A man appealing a firearms misconduct conviction argued that Phoenix police wrongfully took his gun after he agreed to talk with officers on a street in a high-crime area.

When they come for your guns . . . take theirs.

Need ammo? . . . take theirs.

Need a gun? . . . take theirs.

You paid for them.  They're yours.

Arizona court or den of corruption?

Police: Euphemism for nazi thug gang member with a gun and a badge.

Maybe we can get a den of corruption ruling that we can take temporary custody of the nzai's gun for our safety. More people get murdered today by these gang members then the average street thug.
