Online Retailer Fines Couple $3,500 For Negative Review, Then Dings Their Credit Score

Jen Palmer's husband had purchased a couple items on the website several years ago and when the order failed to arrive within 30 days, PayPal cancelled the transaction.

Palmer says she tried to contact the company to find out what happened to their order but could never reach anyone. So she vented her frustration by posting a review of the company on, in which she accused of having "horrible customer service practices."
