Former Williamson County District Judge Ken Anderson has been released from prison.
Anderson served just five days of a 10-day jail sentence. He was given credit good behavior and for one day previously served.
He pleaded to no contest last Friday to contempt of court for his role in helping hide evidence from defense lawyers in Michael Morton's 1987 murder trial. Anderson began his sentence earlier this week.
