Arizona Agency Fined in Deaths of Firefighters

This is soooo interesting. One State agency trying to fine another State agency. This could set the stage where all State agencies could start to fine each other over anything or nothing.

Now if we could get the Federal Government to start doing this, maybe we could ultimately effect Government collapse from within.
