Tommy Robinson was freed on bail last week after appealing his imprisonment for contempt of court.
A 13 month sentence was imposed on the same day as Robinson's arrest in May for filming outside a grooming gang trial in Leeds. On Wednesday it was struck down by Lord Chief Justice Burnett and two other judges.
But Tommy Robinson's troubles are not over.
Robinson was banned from Twitter for his outspoken defense of England and his harsh remarks on radical Islam.
