Federal judge rules Massachusetts gun stores must be allowed to reopen amid the coronavirus pandemic

• by Rachel Sharp

Massachusetts gun stores shut last month when Gov. Charlie Baker deemed them non-essential businesses under an executive order

Firearms dealers will be allowed to sell guns, ammunition and other goods from Saturday while practising social distancing

Baker did a u-turn last month over gun stores - first including gun stores as essential businesses then backpedaling on the move just hours later
