Alabama baby boy born at 21 weeks and one day celebrates first birthday --


Curtis Zy-Keith Means has been named the most premature baby to ever survive by the Guinness Book of World Records

He was born only 21 months and one day into his mother's pregnancy, and a twin sister born with him did not survive

Babies born that early in pregnancy have a survival rate of less than 1% 

Curtis responded well to treatment, according to doctors, and was released from the hospital 275 days after his birth

He turned one year old in July, and his mother says he is doing well and is full of energy
