Calls are mounting for Democrat Sen. Chuck Schumer to be impeached after an assassination attempt against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was foiled on Wednesday.

During a pro-abortion speech in March 2020, Schumer promised Kavanaugh he would "pay the price" for his pro-life views.

Earlier Wednesday, armed leftist Nicholas Roske of Simi Valley, California was arrested near Kavanaugh's home in Chevy Chase, Md.

Roske allegedly arrived in a cab around 1 am, according to police.

He was armed and carrying a rucksack full of "burglary tools."

After recognizing U.S. Marshals surveilling the residence, he reportedly called 911 to turn himself in to the Montgomery County Police Department.
