Leiberman, when he swore to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution, what did he do with the Article of Ratification? Especially where it reads
**QQ**In the Year of Our Lord**QQ** Did he lie then?

**QQ**The company earlier this year removed some of the videos that Lieberman targeted, many of which were marked with the logos of al-Qaeda and affiliated groups. But the company refused to take down most of the videos on the senator**Q**s list, saying they did not violate the Web site**Q**s guidelines against graphic violence or hate speech.

**QQ**When the company removed videos after Lieberman**Q**s request in May, the company did so because they violated its existing guidelines prohibiting graphic violence and hate speech. Some of the videos depicted violent attacks on U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.

**QQ**But most of the videos highlighted by Lieberman were not removed.**QQ**

So if I read this correctly, videos removed already violated existing policy, not because of S-1959. Most of Lieberman**Q**s target videos stayed. Whew.

I think we should panic if the RP4409 account ever gets deleted.
