I respectfully disagree with you and Mr. Lysander, Powell.

I became a signator of the contract known as the Constitution of the united States when I swore to uphold it against all enemies, foreign and domestic upon entrance to the United States Army, and I yet live, as do those who have been elected to **Q**govern**Q** me. I consider our Constitution to be the **Q**Law of the Land**Q** and will require compliance from elected Officials of it**Q**s articles in it**Q**s entirety including all **Q**properly ratified amendments**Q** (adios 16th!).

What the Declaration of Independence notified, the Constitution solidified - that is, until such time as the People decide to fulfill their right, their DUTY, to change it because it has gotten to where it is achieving OPPOSITE ENDS other than what it was created for.

It remains **Q**in force**Q** so long as We the People enforce it.

I contacted Fireant and he is going to create the same form for U.S.Senators. Look for it on sometime after tomorrow.
