Chemotherapy only works about 50 percent of the time. Half live and half die. It’s known as liquid death in a bottle. It kills not only the cancer cells, but your cells. It leaves most people physically exhausted for the rest of their lives—not to mention their destroyed livers. Good luck with that folks.
If you aren’t suffering from obesity as 7 out of 10 Americans are suffering, maintain your eating and nutrition style. If you don’t have diabetes, hemorrhoids, cancer, heart disease and many other diseases related to the American diet—good for you. Count your lucky stars. I celebrate your health and vitality.

Avoiding cancer and heart attacks
Cancer: first, take the average of 30 to 50 different chemicals out of your house and stop using them. Avoid the “out-gassing” to be absorbed into your lungs. Avoid washing dishes with chemical cleaners. Avoid using Tilex, Dawn, Off, bug spray, Round Up, Weed Be Gone, Tide, chemical cleaners of every kind, etc. Replace with bio-degradable cleaners from 7th Generation, Melaleuca and other top companies that offer products that don’t poison you or your family. We live in a chemical world; minimize your exposure.
Try to move out of big cities where you are breathing polluted, chemically toxic air with every breath 24/7. Avoid toxic people in your life that cause you tension, anger or frustration.

Finally, folks, if you want to live a healthy life, you must exercise at least one hour six days a week. I go to church on Sundays for my spiritual well-being and balance. Swim, bicycle, lift weights, dance, walk, tennis, etc. You must let your muscles know that they are needed by stressing them. Go to the gym for aerobics, water classes for seniors, Pilates or whatever interests you. If nothing else, escape the TV twice a day and take two 30 minute walks to equal 1 hour of walking daily.
My wife and I walk and talk and find time with God, the Great Spirit, our Creator or however you care to address the Creator of all life. Give gratitude and forgiveness and joy to all you meet. It will come back to you in amazing ways.
