Why is it that none of the disturbed and evil men who kill movie-goers and children in schools, or other public places, have ever been identified as a conservative NRA member? Following is the political/racial/religious makeup of those who have been perpetrating some of the gun violence in the recent past.
1. Ft. Hood shooter, Nidal, Hasan – Registered Democrat and Arab / Muslim.
2. Columbine shooters, Eric David Harris and Dylan Bennet Klebold [both Jewish and antichristian] — Too young to vote; both families were registered Democrats and progressive liberals.
3. Virginia Tech shooter, Seung-Hui Cho, [Korean] — Wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff – registered Democrat.
4. [ALLEGED] Colorado Theater shooter, James Holmes – Registered Democrat; staff worker on the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street participant; progressive liberal.
6. [ALLEGED] Connecticut School shooter, Adam Lanza — Registered Democrat; hated Christians. Mother was a progressive Democrat who purchased guns to protect herself only to have her son, the shooter, use his mother’s guns to kill Newtown children & her.
Common thread: All of these shooters were progressive liberal Democrats or were reared by progressive Democrat parents. But, you won’t hear any of this in America’s Marxist media. You have to do the research yourself.
Note – “Progressive” is the new term for what we called a “Communist” in the fifties and sixties. But you have to keep up with the Orwellian newspeak to know this.

Then there is Timothy McVeigh, another mass murderer. But he was a Republican, a Religious wacko, and an NRA member but quit the NRA, viewing its stance on gun rights to be too weak.[23] Source Wikipedia.
You got it, man... almost. Make good and sure you got the right shooter. That's what the trial is for.
Do this with every law. In other words, abolish all the laws. Base everything on damage and harm done. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, life for life. And, of course, property for property.
The trial is there for two things: 1) to determine the guilty party; 2) Sometimes you can be as careful as humanly possible, and still you accidentally cause a bad thing to happen. The second part of the trial is to determine the extent of negligence of the guilty person, and base his sentence on this determination.
This is all. No laws. Only guides. The guilty party pays with his property, and as often as necessary, with his life. And that includes cops.
All of this shooting crap can be cleared up. Simply take the shooter and execute him ASAP. Stop wasting OUR money on useless trials, prison time and parole. If this was done, the word would get around. Any gun control laws will NOT work. Its not the gun, its the idiot behind the gun.
