Cheney 'silenced CIA over spy plan'
7/12/09
•
aljazeera
Dick Cheney, the former US vice-president, deliberately withheld details of a secret CIA spy programme from the US congress for eight years, a newspaper has reported.
Cheney, who was vice-president to George Bush between 2001 and January this year, ordered the CIA not to tell congress of a new "counter-terrorism" programme, The New York Times reported on Saturday......

Goldman Sachs profit bonanza
07-12-2009
•
Reuters
Under normal circumstances, Goldman Sachs might be afforded a moment of gloating as it struts toward what could
be a banner earnings announcement just 9 months after being roiled
by Wall Street's worse crisis since the Great Depression. But these aren't ordinary times for the biggest U.S. investment
bank, which lately has faced a torrent of unwanted publicity stemming

The amount of debt involved in these "bad deals" is vastly higher than that in the "subprime" space and if they fail to contain it (a near certainty) Round #2 of severe bank instability gets served up on us in the second half of 2009.

Billions in aid go to areas that backed Obama in '08

USA Today
That aid " about $17 billion " is the first piece of the
administration's massive stimulus package that can be tracked locally.
Much of it has followed a well-worn path to places that regularly
collect a bigger share of federal grants and contracts, guided by
formulas that have been in place for decades and leave little room for
manipulation.

Judge John Delaney didn't throw the book at him -- he was sentenced to
one year in jail, with all but 45 days suspended -- but threw him a
curveball instead. While under the court's supervision for the next
year, Newland must not exercise his First Amendment right to advocate
for marijuana law reform in South Dakota.

The death of Government scientist David Kelly returned to haunt Labour today as a group of doctors announced that they were mounting a legal challenge to overturn the finding of suicide.
Dr Kelly's body was found six years ago this week in woods close to his Oxfordshire home, shortly after he was exposed as the source of a BBC news report questioning the grounds for war in Iraq.
Unusually, no coroner's inquest

Cal. City to Track Everyone with ALPR

CameraFRAUD.com
Freedom of movement may well be a thing of the past in Tiburon, CA if Automated License Plate Recognition cameras are activated to record and track the movements of all vehicles entering and exiting the city. A zeal for control, and not public safety, becomes the obvious motivating factor for such a system when the city's almost non-existent crime rate is examined.

Notice To All Politicians: We Will Not Disarm!!!
07-12-2009
Jim Stachowiak
It is time to speak plainly for the good citizens and patriots of this nation who believe unbendingly in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Though foreign governments may disarm their subjects, we will not go down that road. We will not disarm and see our freedoms stripped away. The lessons of history are numerous, clear, and bloody. A disarmed population inevitably becomes an enslaved population. A disarmed population is without power, reduced to childlike obedience to-and dependence upon - the organs of a parental state.

NAIS Listening Sessions: Can a Monsanto Administration Really Hear?
07-12-2009
•
Rady Ananda
Obama's Food Safety Working Group admits that the pathogens in the food supply have nothing to do with animals on the farm, only slaughterhouse practices and beyond. This is extremely important as it is a complete admission of another motive behind NAIS.
Quote: Animal Identification is not a food safety issue. Instead, it is a disease surveillance issue. It can be used as a tool in traceability, but the distinction must be made that pathogens in animals on the farm are not necessarily the same pathogens as those found in meat. (breakout listening sessions notes No. 2 Question 4)
The USDA has a long history of using regulations to protect Big Ag, instead of consumers and small producers. President Obama appointed Tom Vilsack, the "biotechnology governor of the year," as Secretary of Agriculture. Obama also appointed Monsanto’s Michael Taylor to head the new Food Safety Working Group.

Innoculations: The True Weapons Of Mass Destruction
07-11-2009

Rebecca Carley, M.D.
As concern for population growth started to grow and the final plans to bring in the New World Order were put in place, this lie called vaccines was transformed into pure evil, as it was realized that such delivery systems could be used to intentionally cause disease, which is now being done under the US Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, § 1520 and 1524. (Dr. Carley)

Eason / IndyMac Case Remanded US District Court
Thomas Costanzo
Well it looks like the court was being to friendly to Bill Eason so the case was removed from the state level and sent to the FEDERAL level. Are we touching a nerve? The Attorney at the case for IndyMac was sooo confident that this was something that could be taken care of in 20 minutes? Being this was such a "Simple" case according to the defendants attorney why was this remanded to the federal level. Looks like the defendant - Indy Mac wouldn't be able to produce the note in the 7 days as stipulated by the court. Otherwise they would just produce the note and the matter would be over!

Trilateral Commission recent visit to my site
07-11-2009
Jim Stachowiak
This is a visit from our most frequent visitor to our site, the Trilateral Commission. They come to our site dozens of times a day and this is just one of many numerous visit from them. Further Trialogue and other official writings made clear their stated goal of creating a “New International Economic Order.” President George H.W. Bush later and now Obama have talked openly about creating a “New World Order”, which has since become a synonymous phrase.
It is clear that the Executive Branch of the U.S. was literally hijacked in 1976 by members of the Trilateral Commission, upon the election of President Jimmy Carter and Vice-President Walter Mondale. This near-absolute domination, especially in the areas of trade, banking, economics and foreign policy, has continued unchallenged and unabated to the present.
