Former Atlanta cop prays for victim of fatal shooting

A former Atlanta police officer said Monday there was no excuse for his conduct that resulted in the killing of 92-year-old Kathryn Johnston. “She was the victim of everything I was fighting against,” former Atlanta police Officer Jason Smith said.
