With an appropriate array of tax increases on the rest of us.
What an interesting juxtaposition that this is the approximate number of abortions in the US during the last 40 years - ostensibly for a "more manageable" population so we could all live a better life within "sustainable ecological parameters".
This 10% of our population only knows the history and society of the US from what they were taught in the government schools of the countries they came from. Not a great breeding ground for the Jeffersonian principles our own schools have forgotten. But, hey! They've kept the US's economic engine purring right along - right?
Very soon we'll all be illegals.
