Judge Wood's FIJA Ruling on the Arrest of Julian Heicklen

Federal Judge Kimba Wood dismissed an indictment of jury tampering against Julian Heicklen, who stood outside courthouses in New York and elsewhere passing out pamphlets that urged jurors to vote their conscience.
