Minsk Police Force Drivers to Sacrifice Themselves To Stop Drunk Driver

While trying to stop a drunk driver, Minsk police seized four vehicles along the road and forced the drivers to block the traffic lanes. Shortly thereafter, a drunk driver smashed into the vehicle barricade with the occupants still in their cars.
