Frence Police to begin seizing weapons; riot day 12
• Associated PressThe French Cabinet on Tuesday authorized local officials to impose curfews under a state of emergency law to halt the 12 day old riots. Police will be able to conduct raids if they suspect weapons are being stockpiled.
