National Guardsmen shoot New Orleans man carrying a cell phone

Iraqi war veteran Sgt Robert Lawrence & Pfc James Neely, unable to differentiate between a cell phone and a weapon, shot a man carrying a cell phone who was walking towards them. The National guardsmen have yet to be arrested or charged with a crime.
