Legislation would crack down on overseas tax havens
• Bloomberg News3 Senators have proposed legislation to recover some of the $100 billion a year in tax revenue they say is lost each year to overseas tax havens, in part by requiring hedge funds to report their foreign investors to the Treasury Department.
