ACLU suing Boeing subsidiary over renditions

The ACLU said Wednesday it is suing Jeppesen Dataplan Inc., a subsidiary of Boeing Co., claiming it provided secret CIA transportation services to shuttle three terrorism suspects overseas, where they were tortured.
