GAO: Obama Violated Federal Law in Bergdahl Swap
• Jonathan TurleyAt the time on CNN and other forums, I noted President Obama had openly violated federal law which requires at least 30 days of advance notice in such a change. The GAO agreed and found the Administration clearly violated federal law.
