Alan Hall
Alan received his degree in Fine Arts from Berry College, emerging into the 1970s bear market. He has enjoyed a wide variety of job experiences including decades as a custom homebuilder/designer. He began studying Elliott wave analysis and socionomics after meeting Bob Prechter in 1995. His knowledge of socionomics made it easy for him to recognize the escalating housing mania, so he ended his building business in late 2004 and came to write for EWI in 2006. Alan has traveled widely, and has authored socionomic studies on Russia, European housing, war, stocks and commodities, commodity prices and environmentalism, epidemics, eugenics, secessionism and authoritarianism. Alan wrote the lead articles for the inaugural issues of The Socionomist in May and June 2009. He has also contributed to Global Market Perspective, The European Financial Forecast and The Elliott Wave Theorist Alan does a wide variety of research aimed at demonstrating the utility of socionomic theory. |

Allison Bricker
Allison Bricker, Host
Allison Bricker is a lifelong political junkie, having worked on political campaigns at the local, statewide, and national levels. She feels the U.S. Constitution is the best and most eloquently written attempt by mankind designed to restrain a government.
However, even in its beautiful simplicity, the document, as witnessed by the current reality of American life whereby the central government decrees authority to assassinate & indefinitely detain without evidence or trial, torture, endlessly spy, and molest those who travel, succinctly illustrates the document is an abysmal failure.
Thus, when not interviewing the best and brightest voices in the Liberty Movement, she regularly cheer-leads and advocates for individuals to peacefully withdraw consent and creatively circumvent, nullify, or interpose against the sociopaths in Washington, to wit she regularly refers to as “The District of Criminals.” |

Antigone Darling
Welcome to Sex, Lies & Anarchy, the show where liberty gets personal.
Who are we? We are three libertarian women (Candy, Kellie, and Antigone) from New Hampshire, home of the Free State Project, the world's largest community of pro-freedom activists.
SLA is all about life as a libertarian. We aren't a news show, and we don't really like talking about politics. There are plenty of other shows for that. We're more interested in the social side of libertarianism--how our philosophies shape our experiences, behaviors and relationships. If you've been a libertarian for very long, you probably know how challenging it can be sometimes to lead a life of principle and integrity in a world where aggression and blind obedience are the norm. Everyday activities, such as talking to our neighbors and friends, can become exercises in courage (audacity?) and patience when we feel that so much of the world is wrong. Some of us like this challenge, and some of us just wish we could get through a d |

Bernard von NotHaus - Monetary Architect of the Liberty Dollar
UPDATE: On March 18, 2011 Bernard von NotHaus was convicted in Federal District Court in Statesville, North Carolina on charges of making counterfeit coins, uttering counterfeit coins and defrauding the United States. Three additional defendants are awaiting their trial. The case received wide coverage when US Attorney Anne M. Tompkins classified BVNH as a “unique terrorist” in a post trial statement.
Bernard von NotHaus is the most engaging monetary activists in the country today. In September 2006, the US Mint issued a warning that his silver based Liberty Dollar currency was illegal! So von NotHaus sued the US Mint, Secretary of the Treasury and the Department of Justice in early 2007. The government retaliated by raiding Liberty Dollar warehouse and seized nine tons of gold, silver, platinum and copper.
The raid landed von NotHaus on CNN, CNBC, front page of the Washington Post and dozens of other natio |

Following careers in applied physics / systems analysis and psychotherapy, Podolsky met John David Garcia with whom, under Garcia’s tutelage he became intensely committed to finding answers to the question, “What has to happen for humanity to thrive and flourish?” As a participant in John David’s research into ethics, creativity and organizational development, he realized that, in the presence of our current crop of unethical institutions, humanity is doomed.
By 1992 he had begun writing articles, and subsequently seven books, about ethics, law, and government – and the necessity of freedom. Meanwhile his research showed him unequivocally that the institutions that we usually look to, to solve societal problems, are actually the cause of all the major problems that our species faces. The three big offenders in this respect are Banks, Organized Religion, and Government. He coined the phrase B.O.R.G when referencing these three institutions collectively.

PANDA is supported by groups across the political spectrum, and is now one of the fastest growing liberty movements in the nation; with over 30 state teams across the country.

Founder of Bitshares
A Passion for Freedom—Via Decentralization
Not all that deep and hidden in his entrepreneurial heart of hearts, Daniel Larimer is a philosopher and a dreamer, identities he readily attests to in discussing an approach to life, study and work that has placed him in the forefront of the Bitcoin world, where he is known within its inner circles as “Father of the DAC.” (He originated the idea of the “decentralized autonomous company.”)
As founder of bitshares, an utterly innovative “crypto-equity” platform that he founded in 2013, Larimer’s passion is bound not so much by building successful companies, though that is all well and good, but by having those companies do nothing less than help change the world. He aims to do so under the guiding vision of a radically decentralized economy that reflects his own company’s mission to pursue free markets that ensure “life, liberty and property for all.”

The Noble Gas Plasma Turbine consists of one moving part and it’s design benefits a closed system. One of the biggest hurdles in the standard NGE reciprocating engine is the difficulty of containing the gases needed to enhance the plasma effect. With the turbine design, this would no longer be an issue as the only moving part is the turbine/shaft assembly. Bearings are a lot easier to seal than pistons and the turbine only has one. The turbine housing is sealed, vacuumed, and filled with a noble gas mixture. In the current prototype their are 4 electrode heads that provide propulsion to the turbine. Further enhancements down the road could be adding nozzles to the electrode chambers in order to focus the plasma expansion on the turbine, Adding several levels of turbines in order to combine their total power to one output shaft, optimizing the turbine blade design in order to harness the full effect, and various electrode cup modifications to enhance the plasma reactions.

For those of you who do not know me or have not yet met me…my name is Daron Babin. I am the new State Director for Norml in Arizona. Albeit I was only the Co-director for a short period of time…I have been involved with NIA since January. I started in January immediately being elected to the Board of Directors, as I’ve had many years of Media & Communications on my resume.
I became aware of the rough history between some of the old supporters of Norml here in Arizona and the leadership that we had. Being new, I had the luxury of personally not having to share or bare that history. In what was considered “the best interest” of the organization…Kathy Inman made the decision to resign the State Director position and pass the baton to me.
I won’t go into the specifics, about the transition…Kathy has been involved for many years. She has volunteers many hours of her time, and done what she felt was in the best interest of this organization. That included her resignation after all this |

In addition to the conventional activities of beekeeping, they mill their own woodenware and wax foundation, select and maintain a stock of slightly smaller bees highly adapted to their area, and produce their own queens.
Their non-chemical ‘back to basics’ approach to beekeeping leads them to spend much of their spare time in libraries where they search for obscure bits of information which, when assembled in logical order, yield insights into old problems such as bee kills due to the use of pesticides, and new problems like parasitic mites. Such has been their pursuit of an understanding of the importance of comb cell diameter, an issue emanating out of their bee breeding activities and search for non-chemical methods of resolving disease and mite problems.
The Lusbys found that comb cell diameter differs among the var |

Ellen Brown developed her research skills as an attorney practicing civil litigation in Los Angeles. In Web of Debt, her latest book, she turns those skills to an analysis of the Federal Reserve and "the money trust." She shows how this private cartel has usurped the power to create money from the people themselves, and how we the people can get it back. Brown developed an interest in the developing world and its problems while living abroad for eleven years in Kenya, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua. She returned to practicing law when she was asked to join the legal team of a popular Tijuana healer with an innovative cancer therapy, who was targeted by the chemotherapy industry in the 1990s. That experience produced her book Forbidden Medicine, which traces the suppression of natural health treatments to the same corrupting influences that have captured the money system. Fredrik Heffermehl
This question was the one Fredrik S. Heffermehl, a Norwegian lawyer and Vice President of the International Peace Bureau, after over a decade of international peace work, identified as the main obstacle for peace politics.
Everyone is for peace - and sees that it is a matter of survival. Why then, are so many so passive? Why do so few invest time and money in peace? Is the answer that, even with sympathy for the goals, people see the military sector as a too well established, too powerful opponent?
People cannot be aware of the remarkable successes in the struggle for peace, Heffermehl thought, and decided to document a selection from the last couple of decades. For this purpose he contacted a number of peace luminaries around the world, asking them to: "Please, make the field understandable and interesting, don´t talk like a professor, but tell your own fascinating stories in simple, human terms." |

Greg attained seeds from Carl Barnes in 1995 and grew them in New Mexico for several years. Through this process and mentorship by Carl, he found deeper insights into the spiritual nature of corn and our seed heritage as a whole. Greg committed himself to seed preservation and crop diversity — and its importance for humanity on many levels. He has documented his findings for Mother Earth News. Greg has a B.S. degree in Botany and an M.S. degree in Horticulture, and currently resides at the Southwest Sufi Community, in a rural setting near Silver City, New Mexico. |

Helen Benedict is the author of five novels and five books of nonfiction. Her latest novel, The Edge of Eden, was published in November, 2009 by Soho Press.
"An armchair traveler's delight, Benedict's novel is an amusingly poignant look at the British abroad in the spirit of Evelyn Waugh." (Publishers Weekly, Sept. 2009)
"Benedict offers an engaging, lush portrait of envy, desire, and the insatiable lure of the exotic and unknown." (Booklist, Oct. 2009)
“Benedict, an author of both fiction and nonfiction (Sailor’s Wife; Virgin or Vamp), offers distinctive cross-cultural insights as well as a cadre of satiric and fascinating characters, and the result is a story that is both touching and humorous. Highly recommended “ (Library Journal, Nov, 2009)
Benedict's sixth and forthcoming novel, Sand Queen, set in the Iraq War, is due to be published in the fall of 2011 by Soho Press.

Williams is a senior analyst with Foreign Policy in Focus and author of
"Rum: A Social & Sociable History of the Real Spirit of 1776," and "The UN

yet again that U.S. foreign policy is concocted in a bubble detached from
the real world, where most nations recognize that the boycott is designed
to pander to the most reactionary Cuban emigres in Florida. Even dissidents
in Cuba think that it is counterproductive, giving the Cuban government an
excuse for its inefficiencies, while, like most such sanctions, harming
more the population than those in power. Obama, embarking on a second term,
and winning Florida despite the Cuban vote, owes them nothing. He should
use his influence to call off the embargo and allow free travel to and from
Cuba." |

The Voluntary Law Development Association is dedicated to building, maintaining, and growing a detailed system of alternative laws designed for voluntary adoption by individuals, using community-based development models similar to those used for open-source software. Rather than imposing laws by political fiat or concentrating capital, VLDA aims to distribute law-making power to the very atom of society: the individual. By concurring in the selection of preferred laws, individuals coalesce into communities, here called “voluntary law societies” (VLSs). This radical grass-roots approach to law entails numerous complexities and issues that VLDA aims to bring to light and develop solutions for, as part of laying groundwork for a more equitable, free, and peaceful future society. |

A bit about Journalistic Revolution:
The Journalistic Revolution began on August 26th, 2012 as the simple dream of two men: To provide a wide variety of content related to the topic of human freedom that the mainstream media wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole. What started off as a simple radio show has now begun to blossom into a full-fledged content provider, putting out YouTube videos ranging from lighthearted to serious, offering a regular podcast, and even producing full-length documentaries. So if you, like us, feel that the pendulum of human society has swung itself too far from the ideals of Liberty espoused by men like Patrick Henry, Frederic Bastiat, Lysander Spooner, Henry David Thoreau, and a myriad of others, then join us by spreading the word and supporting our content!
Long live the (Journalistic) Revolution. |

Josh Tolley is one of the most dynamic and diverse public figures in the world today! With his skill set he is truly a modern day “renaissance man.” Syndicated radio talk-show host, one of the world’s elite business and behavioral strategists, best-selling author, screen writer, developer of many human interaction technologies, relationship coach, sought after advisor, the list goes on and on.
The Josh Tolley Show is a dynamic shift in the talk radio paradigm. For decades the airwaves have been occupied by broadcasters who are little more than talking heads promoting a certain political agenda, pre-determined bias, and non-impactful hot air.
Josh Tolley is setting the media world on its ear by providing a show filled with relevant topics, a blunt and logical approach to issues, with an entertaining and charismatic personality. Not happy with just being another “talking head” Josh Tolley uses this medium as a launching pad to bring truth, logic, reason, and passion back to a world |

Ken V. Krawchuk was born and raised in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the grandson of five immigrant Eastern Europeans. He attended Roman Catholic elementary and high school, and graduated from a Jesuit university with a B.S. in Physics. He began his career as a professional computer programmer at the age of seventeen, and at thirty-five he founded a multi-million dollar computer consulting firm. Seven years later he was awarded the first of three United States patents pertaining to computer database theory.
Mr. Krawchuk read Atlas Shrugged for the first time at the age of thirty, and the ideas portrayed in the book transformed him from a life-long liberal Democrat into an eight-time Libertarian Party candidate for public office, including two record-breaking campaigns for Governor of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Krawchuk has been a member of Toastmasters International since 1997, and has been a professional public speaker almost as long. He is still married to h |

Hi, my name is Kristov, and I wrote Anonymous Bitcoin.
I've been in the computer security space for a while now. After I completed B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science, I worked as an independent security researcher and an employed consultant. During much of that time, I evaluated the security of a variety of business websites, including those belonging to the largest corporations in the world.
I grew tired of this career after a while, though. I wanted to have a greater impact on the world, and yearned for a way to connect my career in security with my passion for philosophy. When I came across Bitcoin, it struck me like a bolt of lightning. I realized the implications that this incredible new technology had for human freedom, and immediately began to survey the Bitcoin landscape for a home for my particular skill set and interests.
One area that really caught my attention was the amount of folklore concerning Bitcoin's anonymity. Many critics – and users – falsely descr |

The Case
The Federal government claims that Ross Ulbricht created and operated the web marketplace Silk Road, under the pseudonym Dread Pirate Roberts (DPR). He was arraigned in New York on four counts, to which he pleaded not guilty: narcotics trafficking; computer hacking; money laundering; and engaging in a criminal enterprise.
However, the actual allegations are for hosting a website not for breaking these laws. He is not alleged to have possessed or sold drugs; organized people in an illegal enterprise; hacked into a computer; or laundered legal tender. Please see http://freeross.org/counts-against-ulbricht-are-deeply-flawed/ for a fuller explanation of why the charges are unconstitutionally vague and misapplied.
Although initially charged with planning six murders, Ross was not indicted in New York for any. In November prosecutor Serrin Turner used the murder-for-hire allegations to argue against bail being granted, yet he did not indict Ulbricht for these allegations in |

Marko Rodin has discovered the source of the non-decaying spin of the electron. Although scientists know that all electrons in the universe spin, they have never discovered the source of this spin. Rodin has. He has discovered the underpinning geometry of the universe, the fabric of time itself. He has done this by reducing all higher mathematics – calculus, geometry, scalar math – to discrete-number mathematics.
With the introduction of Vortex-Based Mathematics you will be able to see how energy is expressing itself mathematically. This math has no anomalies and shows the dimensional shape and function of the universe as being a toroid or donut-shaped black hole. This is the template for the universe and it is all within our base ten decimal system!
The potential scope and breadth of the Rodin Solution is staggering; it is universally applicable in mathematics, science, biology, medicine, genetics, astronomy, chemistry, physics and computer science. The Rodin Solution will revol |

The Vermonters for Liberty organization is about action, not talk. We work for the change we seek through community activism, education, citizen lobbying, supporting liberty candidates, and working with other groups and organizations to accomplish specific goals. We know that things will only get better by doing something about it, not hoping it will get better or leaving it to others to make the change we want.
The Vermonters for Liberty, or V4L, organization is non-partisan; we’re not on the left or the right. We share views with both sides of the political spectrum; we have members who are Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Conservatives and Progressives.
We have one overriding philosophy: a firm belief in the Constitution as the fundamental guarantee of our personal freedom and the right of each individual to pursue his or her maximum happiness.

He graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy.
Dranias led the Goldwater Institute’s challenge to Arizona’s so-called clean elections law all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Using the centuries-old federal All Writs Act, he persuaded the Supreme Court to block the issuance of equalizing funds to government-funded “clean” candidates even before the Court accepted the case for review. The Internet is more than a place to go shopping. Or a way of staying in touch with friends. The universal availability of information results in liberation. Regardless of whether you were born in New York, Shanghai or Cairo, access to the Internet can transform your life. The world is changing, becoming increasingly interconnected, and it's happening fast...
PUSHED TO THE LIMIT: Mobile Networks in the Era of Data
Skyrocketing consumption of mobile data is becoming curbed by a finite amount of licensed spectrum and the capacity limitations of cellular networks. Network operators must look beyond traditional mobile solutions to maximize revenues as data usage continues to ramp up.
Capacity and spectrum limitations can impact the user experience in very important – and very negative – ways. They can result in slower or incomplete downloads for content such as games or music, and video chat sessions that are intolerable due to poor quality or incessant buffering. They can produce |

He founded The August Corporation on October 11, 1975. As a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company initially offered portfolio management services to investors in the United States until 1980.
In 1978, Wood commenced publication of The Trilateral Observer (TO), to specifically track and document the activities of The Trilateral Commission, which was then seen to be the very core of elitism and multi-nationalism in the United States and abroad. Marble Country is a volunteer group of committed Christians who are united by our love of God and country. Our mission is to put on events designed to bring God-loving, patriotic folks together to celebrate our great American inheritance of liberty, which we believe to be the greatest gift Heaven can bestow. That is what our annual God and Country Celebration is all about.
This year our Celebration is jam packed with informative and inspiring plenary sessions for all who love America and are concerned about the direction she is taking. Our focus is on returning power to the local and state levels as we prepare for further breakdown of our economic, political, and even spiritual institutions that have built on the wrong foundation. We also guarantee that the whole family can have a blast as well because we are planning lots of fun activities for all ages.

Hello and welcome to Tonopah Rob’s Vegetable Farm website. Thirty-eight years ago, I picked up gardening as a hobby, a pastime that eventually led me to the challenge of farming the desert. I have lived in Tonopah, Arizona, the home of my all-natural fruit and vegetable farm for the past fourteen years.
My property is a small five-acre farm. Originally, the intent was to farm using purely organic methods. Unfortunately, though, as large corporations and the federal government became involved with organic certification, small farmers such as me were being priced out of getting the “certified organic” label. A small farm must now pay between $400 and $1,400 per crop for certification, annual fees, plus the cost of the inspection which includes travel expenses for the inspector.
Growing everything myself, the produce sold at my farm stand is chemical-free and better than organic. I use NO pesticides of any kind, NO insecticides, ZERO antibiotics, NO chemical fertilizers, and absolut |

In 2005 she was elected to a citizens' oversight committee in Santa Rosa, Northern California, to review a proposed 1,300 acre redevelopment project in which 10,000 people live and work. Stewart is the founder and President of Oath Keepers. He was born in Fresno, CA and comes from a family of hard working migrant farm workers (of Mexican and Apache Indian decent) on his mother’s side, and hard working Midwest farmers, horsemen, and GM auto workers on his father’s side. Both sides of his family have a long tradition of military service. During WWII his Grandfather on his mother’s side was a B-17 ball turret belly gunner, and his Grandfather on his father’s side of the family served as an Army infantryman in the Battle of the Bulge. Nearly all of his uncles on both sides of the family served in the Army or Marine Corps during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, and his father served as a Marine.
Following the family tradition, Stewart joined the Army straight out of high school at age eighteen, attending Basic, AIT and Jump School at Ft. Benning, GA and then serving as a paratrooper (11B1P Airborne Infantry) stationed first at Ft. Bragg, NC and then at Ft. Lewis, WA, where he s |

The questions are:
Can we save America? And
Will enough people get involved and dedicate themselves to make this dream a reality?
The answers lie within our grasp and come from the foundation of our country. The principles are embodied within the Declaration of Independence and outlined in the Constitution.Yes, America is in deep, deep trouble. The good news is that there is hope and my victory at the U S Supreme Court proves that it only takes a few to stand to make monumental changes. We do not have to stand by and watch while America is destroyed from within. If our counties, cities, and states and all local officers keep their oaths to protect us from tyranny, we can win this battle to take our country back. |

Sovereign Curtis
Sovereign Curtis’s story involves multiple instances of peaceful civil disobedience on behalf of New Hampshire liberty activists. It begins during the Free State Project’s 2010 Liberty Forum in Nashua, New Hampshire.
During the Liberty Forum, approximately 100 activists gathered with signs in Nashua’s Railroad Square for a “420 celebration.” Some smoked cannabis openly, peacefully protesting the unjust laws that cause more than 800,000 arrests each year in the US. Passersby honked and waved.
However, the peaceful celebration was interrupted when undercover employees of the Nashua police department arrested a 17-year-old man, Lewis Labitue, one of the only black people in the crowd. Multiple video cameras captured the scene as Labitue was handcuffed and placed in the back of an unmarked police car. However, the undercover police officers were delayed in taking Louis to his awaiting cage because several brave activists stood or sat in front of police cars.

Mises had warned against patents, and Rothbard did too. They all use the state to create artificial scarcities of non-scarce goods and employ coercion in a way that is contrary to property rights and the freedom of contract." |

My name is Tatiana, & I’m a singer-songwriter. When it’s late, & I realize that there is truly nothing or no one to save me but myself, I pick up my guitar. I pour everything into the music, & it really does make everything all better (pardon the cliché). Music is my best friend.
I grew up in North Jersey & I started singing when I was 10. I always knew I wanted to perform. I loved words, & grew up listening to Phantom of the Opera, Cat Stevens, Carly Simon, Simon & Garfunkel, & Madonna. Even though I wasn’t the coolest kid on the block, when I went to Poland I was a rock star. One summer I was at a camp there, & people literally crowded around the cabin chanting, “We want the American girl!” over & over. It left quite an impression on me.
Back in NJ, my social life blossomed. I performed in the school choir & musicals, & I took guitar lessons. I listened to Nirvana, Bob Dylan, Guns & Roses, Fiona Apple, Jewel, Alanis Morissette, the Indigo Girls, the Beatles, Doors, & Janis |

About the Blog:
The name LibertyLifeTrail combines 3 concepts which are the fundamental backbone of the theme:
Liberty – as defined by it’s basic definitions is the concept of being free. More importantly however, this represents the understanding of personal responsibility and respect of property which come along with the concept of freedom.
Life – is another concept emphasized in the blog with posts that try to show all the good there is in the world and living life to the fullest. At a time when knowing the truth about the Economics and Politics around us can make it seem like there is no hope, just remember that people have thought that way for thousands of years and ‘Life’ does go on so make the most of it. The ‘Travel’ category will be the centerpiece of this small getaway.
Trail – refers to the guide that the articles will provide. Everyone should think for themselves. This blog is not intended to create die hard followers of ideas and opinions presented. |

Vernon Hershberger
On June 2, 2010, representatives of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) conducted a raid at the Vernon Hershberger farm. DATCP agents intentionally destroyed nearly 300 gallons of fresh milk by pouring blue dye into the bulk tank, claiming the milk was “adulterated and misbranded”—even though there was no logical, factual, or scientific basis for this conclusion. The milk was unpasteurized, as is all milk on all farms that is stored in bulk tanks. The agents then placed a holding order on all the fresh, wholesome food in coolers on the property, most
of which belonged to members of the Hershberger’s private buying club, and some of which belonged to the Hershberger family.
Mr. Hershberger then faced a serious dilemma: allow the wholesome, perishable food to go to waste while he engaged in lengthy administrative wrangling with DATCP or allow the rightful owners of the property to take it from the coolers.
Mr. Hershberger followed his consc |
