If Judge Moore was a Buddhist and erected a two-ton statue of Buddha and his sayings on the courthouse steps, Christians would be screaming and carrying on about it.  As a judge, he also knew there were laws about what could and could not be done on public property, but he went ahead and did it anyway and did it after hours so he couldn\'t be stopped.   That alone disqualifies him from being a judge.  The bottom line is that this dispute is about the law, not about Christianity being picked on.
