I did not know this
Well while I was "surfing the internet super highway" as it were I found out that there is no Federal law governing the private ownership of flamethrowers in the United States. While it is prohibited in some states(California and others possibly, but definitely California), it is within the law to own such a device as flamethrowers serve a purpose sometimes, such as controlled burnings and clearing snow(http://voices.washingtonpost.com/capitalweathergang/2009/01/inauguration_weather_the_case.html ).
So we all know that this means you should all definitely go out and not only stock up on "conventional" firearms and ammunition but also machines that shoot out streams of hell at your enemies, because when civilization collapses you may need it .

I see,
Yo dawg I heard you like to bear arms so we put arms in your arms so you can 2nd amendment while you 2nd amendment
We have the right to bear arms. Nothing is said about guns. So, we need to bear prosthetic arms that carry guns, 'cause the laws are against us carrying guns, not against arms carrying guns.
Thanks for volunteering Joel you will be remembered as a hero to us all when youre finished with that
No there is no law against flame throwers, but you'll still get arrested and charged with a destructive device violation , then you'll have to go fight it and prove that the law only covers rockets and such.
Cool something of mine was put up again.
Planning a back yard barbeque there Concerned Patriot?
Comes in handy at large Bar-B-Q's as well.
