Government Transparency vs Tyranny –A Proposal
I succinctly remember two constantly stated campaign promises of Barack Obama about “change and government transparency”. Transparency is about the Citizens right to know what their political leaders are doing with our money. Julian Assange and Wikileaks is providing that Transparency to the chagrin of some of the worlds political and economic leaders and they appear to be unhappy.
The key question we must ask ourselves is, if the government doesn’t want the general public to know about its inter workings, do we as a nation really want the government doing those things, without oversight by it’s Citizens? We have found historical that the politicians of our representative system and much of the media cannot be trusted with this responsibility, so this opportunity must be available to the Citizens.
I agree with Ron Paul. The arrest of Julian Assange and the assaults by the banking and credit card companies against Wikileaks is unconscionable. We need more Wikileaks, not less. Our young men, women and countless civilians are dying throughout the world, defending against ruthless governments, the list being to long to note. The ruling elites of America, Saudi Arabia, Israel, England, Sweden, Switzerland, and France just to name a few have been colluding to use fraudulent money creation and redistribution of wealth schemes for personal gain, using police power and the corrupt rule of law to usurp the Citizens inalienable rights.
Where is Obama now? We couldn’t shut him up before, but now when one of his proposed policies is in need of his assistance, his silence appears to be an indication to his lack of character and his many lies. Those who knew how the system really worked, long ago told the world that he was lying. He is a puppet on a string, just like his predecessors, the Bushes, Clintons and Reagan. Anyone who speaks in favor of the policies of any of these five men, are ignorant of the principles of socio-economics.
Our Congress and Judiciary are a bunch of pathetic psychopathic neocons protecting one another from prosecution while forcing the tyrannical rules of a fascist oligarchy onto the Citizens of the U.S. and the world. This we must stop in some form or fashion.
They have continuously usurped the various individual rights protected by the Constitution of the United States and they are leading us down the continued path of violence, war, political imprisonment, involuntary servitude, civil unrest and impoverishment.
I fear, if we do not stop this continued fascism by non-violent means, we will and our progeny be subjected to the continued unconscionable actions of the tyranny of government, as witnessed by many people throughout the history of our world. To include the Germans, the Italians, the British, the Soviets States, the Cubans, the Saudis , the Iranians and most other highly fascist governments of the world.
If you do not understand the potential ramifications of fascism, you can look to such things as property confiscations, illegal search and seizures, high incarceration rates, poor education for the majority, high unemployment and underemployment rates, rampant government and multinational business corruption, constant war in the guise of protecting freedoms, numerous and massive programs that redistribute wealth from the private sector to a huge bureaucracy and network of government contractors and high bankruptcies and foreclosure rates, just to name the prominent ones.
The Constitution Convention itself was held behind closed doors, and for the few that have tried to open the doors it has been a constant battle throughout history.
With government, hiding behind the guise of national security, none transparency has long been the status quo and we are now feeling the effects of this philosophical position. I think it is time to open up government and expose the emperors for who they are and what they are really doing.
I propose, even for those involved in the most sophisticated and secret of weapons and security systems, that we now open up the doors to two major components of our democratic Republic.
The intent of this proposal is to have total transparency in the issuance of any and all government contracts, so that the American people can see who specifically is receiving the money that their hard earned tax money is going to and why. Upon the Receipt of any Contract/Agreement, even if expressed or verbal, where by a government entity is involved, including those deemed under the national security umbrella, the following shall apply. Excluded is the involvement of taxes upon private or public companies whose only involvement with government is the paying of various forms of taxation or fees itself.
1. Any Corporation or other business entity who receives any direct or indirect compensation, grant, money, tradable asset or other monetary gain in any form or manner from any governmental entity or who relies on the various forms of revenue being acquires by any of the various government entity(s), must disclose all individuals or entities whom are receiving any monetary compensation or benefit from their involvement, either directly or indirectly in all government contracts obtained or received and the amount of the compensation. Examples: 1. Boeing, Martin Marietta, GE, - must disclose all individual shareholders, employees or sub-contractors that are receiving any form of monetary compensation or gift, either directly or indirectly, if any part of their revenue is obtained from any government entity. This would include all individuals involved in any form of Trust, Corporation, IBC, Sole Proprietor, private company, private business or anyone individual who has or will receive money or gift(s) from any government contract, purchase or sale contract, confiscation or forfeiture sale, or any other transaction that that involves in any way any government entity. Once again, Excluded is the involvement of taxes upon private or public companies whose only involvement with government is the paying of various forms of taxation or fees itself.
2. Any Corporation or other business entity who receives any direct or indirect compensation, grant, money, tradable asset or other monetary gain in any form or manner from any governmental entity or who relies on or receives any of the various forms of revenue being acquires by any of the various government entity(s), must disclose the nature of the contract, it’s anticipated product or service and intended use.
Mr. President, this is the type of transparency you articulated during your campaign that I envisioned. If you are not going to disclose the individuals and their compensation of those involved with government, I do not call that transparency.
