I called paramedics Sunday the 17th April to have my Dad taken to hospital because of a high fever. I was unable to follow because I had the grandchildren at the time. The next day he seemed to be almost back to normal. I was able to talk with him and help him eat at one time. It was decided that he would be transferred to one of the rehab centers for a week or two once the doctor had him released. It was Friday April 22 that I was waiting to hear from the hospital to arrange Dad’s transfer, I get a call from a detective with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s office asking about my Dad. What? I was told that this was just routine when they get suspect calls about possible abuse. I was set back to say the least. He came by the house and was satisified with his so called routine job, that everything was aok and that this issue would most likely be finished in a few days. I then got a call from this woman claiming that she was given guardianship over my Dad and was taking over. Now I was shocked. The next thing I know is that our bank account was seized and my Dad’s mail forwarded to an undisclosed location. I haven’t a clue at this point what is going on and who is doing this. I was not able to see my Dad and no one would tell me how he was doing. 2 weeks later today, I got a call from the attorney who was on this case from last week called me to tell me that my Dad died. He was extracted from his family and taken away to a strange place to die alone separated from anyone who cared & loved him.

This attack on my family is unbelievable. My wife has lost over ten pounds from 120, stressed out beyond words after an auto accident that broke her leg and still trying to recoup. How can this evil and wicked madness happen and by whom???????? All I know is that there is some woman with another attorney standing behind this now.

I take my Dad to the hospital. He is kidnapped a week later. Bank accounts closed and mail diverted. 2 strangers out of nowhere claim they were assigned authority to kidnap, plunder and rob our family and murder my Dad 2 weeks later. I just don’t know what more I can say. The time for words is over.
