The Constitution is NOT the Supreme Law of the Land!
Contrary to what you may think, the Constitution is not the Supreme Law of the Land. The main body of the Constitution is a contract between the states and the central government, but the Bill of Rights is a contract between "We the People" and our servant government. "We the People" created the states, and "We the States" created the central government. The government created by the states is subject to the jurisdiction of the states and the states which were created by the people is subject tothe jurisdiction of the people.
The Supreme Court was not intended to be the final arbiter of what is Constitutional, that decision belong to "We the People" that created the government fo serve us and protect of life, liberty and property.
Our elected officials should be swearing an Oath to preserve, protect and defend the Bill of Rights and not the Constitution because the Bill of Rights and not the Constitution is in reality the Supreme Law of the Land.

The Admiralty Law - dictatorship - idea is a point of view. Here's why.
When you fabricate false wars with the idea of using the Admiralty Law excuse to cover what you are doing, what has really happened? Do you really have Admiralty Law? Or is it only deception?
1. First there is no Admiralty Law or reason for it.
2. So you create false wars so that the Admiralty Law can be made to look necessary to anyone who looks - for you own protection from the people, that is.
3. Hide the fact that you are using a dictatorship. Hide it from the majority of the people so that they think that everything is going along just fine.
4. Allow some of the legally right parts of the Admiralty Law dictatorship to filter down to those who happen to look a little. This protects you somewhat. It also makes your dictatorship activity look legal when these people spread the word to the others.
5. Completely hide the fact that you caused the actions that created the need for Admiralty Law in the first place.
In other words, the only 2 reasons that there is Admiralty Law are:
A. Because the majority of the people don't know it;
B. Because the rest of the people believe that it is there.
All the military and the Government is made up of people - a few of them attempting to control all the others. When the people wake up to what is happening, they just might throw off those controls.
Government and military still needs us. They haven't, yet, been able to develop computerization and robots that can do all the things that they need us for. Freedom's Phoenix along with many other voices is waking the people up. The Admiralty Law deception feels real, but it is a sham and a scam.
WHY DOES EVERYONE WHO CUSTOMARILY WRITES ON THIS SITE SKIM OVER THE FACT THAT WE ARE UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF ADMIRALTY LAW BECAUSE OF A CONSTANT STATE OF WAR? THIS MEANS THAT "LAWS OF THE LAND DO NOT APPLY"......THIS LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER DECOY TO ME WHEN IN REALITY, THE 9/11 PATRIOT ACT, WAS ANOTHER LAYER TO HIDE FROM US THE ELITE'S WANTING US TO KEEP QUOTING MOOT CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS IN THE DOG AND PONY SHOW CORPORATIONS THAT WE CALL CITY COURTS TODAY.
