The author makes the claim that the same people responsible for distributing the peer to peer sharing sofware turned around and are now the people suing.  I doubt that and would have liked to have seen evidence.  I don't really need to google the victims of the MPAA and RIAA.  I'd rather see a link between your claim...that would have really been something.
